Facility Technician

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize HVAC systems, plumbing and

mechanical utility systems

• Execute preventive maintenance programs, respond to

facility fault reports and corrective work orders

• Coordinate with external vendors, supervise and monitor
• Operate forklifts for general facility material handling and

logistics support

• Supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance with

lifting safety protocols (for one technician)

• Support common area systems and office equipment

maintenance, handyman tasks

Essential Qualifications

• Certificate/SKMM/MARA in HVAC or mechanical systems
• Minimum 2-5 years commercial facility experience
• Valid Forklift Operator License (DOSH-certified)
• Certified Lifting Supervisor (CLS) Certification, for one

technician
