Job Description

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in facility or building maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
  • Familiar with safety regulations and authority requirements (DOSH, BOMBA, ST – an advantage).
  • Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operation and maintenance of building, utilities, and facility systems (HVAC, electrical, water, compressed air, fire protection).
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and service vendors, ensuring work quality and safety compliance.
