Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operation and maintenance of HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and associated cooling infrastructure
  • Supervise FM and specialist contractors, ensuring SLA, KPI, and quality compliance
  • Act as escalation point and Incident Lead when required
  • Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed safely and on schedule
  • Manage Permit to Work (PTW), MOP, SOP, and EOP processes
  • Monitor operational performance and produce maintenance and incident reports
  • Ensure full HSE and statutory compliance
  • Support customer communication during operational incidents
  • Contribute to business continuity planning and scenario drills
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
