As Facility Operator, you are responsible for the safe, efficient, and customer‑focused daily operations of waste treatment, oil treatment, and water injection. This role actively contributes to standard operating procedures, hazard assessments, safety programs, and environmental protection initiatives. Given the high level of customer interaction, strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service are essential.

The facility is located 5 minutes east of Rycroft, AB on Highway 49.

Work Environment

This position is a 12‑hour shift with 7 days on and 7 days off, alternating between days and nights.

• Responsible and accountable for the day‑to‑day operation of the facility
