**Job Summary**
The Facility Manager (FM) is responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and ensure execution of all work related to the EMCOR Facilities Services (EMCOR) scope responsibility at the site is tracked, completed and recorded in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The FM will ensure the client's expectations, site KPI’s and EMCOR goals are achieved.
