Position Summary

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of mission-critical facilities including R&D labs, and offices. Ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of all facility systems, security, and services in compliance with company standards, budget, and regulatory requirements. Leads facility projects, vendor management, and team operations while fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and cost targets.
  • Manage facility budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Lead facility-related projects including construction, equipment installation, and maintenance.
