Facility Manager

Job Description

As a Facility Manager, you are responsible enabling and securing the smooth operation of the site portfolio by delivering optimized, qualitative and cost‑efficient facility management services that meet business needs and support both short and long‑term asset performance.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage the full facility management scope, including technical installations, maintenance, cleaning, waste, pest, and building management across sites
• Drive sourcing, procurement, and supplier management, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with contracts and standards
• Monitor portfolio condition, plan lifecycle and investment activities, and support renovations and rebuilds to optimize long‑term performance
