Job Overview

Facility Manager II – The owner of the house, responsible for owning and driving all activity in the building(s) to operate safely, cost‑effectively and efficiently per the Statement of Work and client contract. The role is visible onsite and serves as the primary BGIS representative for day‑to‑day client and tenant contact.
