Join Davina’s Swim House as the Aquatic Facility Manager. Lead swim programs while enhancing the customer experience and driving community engagement efforts.
You will be responsible for managing the facility's operations, maintaining quality standards, and training staff. Collaborate closely with your team to ensure safe, enjoyable aquatic experiences for both swimmers and their families. With a hands-on approach, you'll streamline operations and ensure effective program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and program management
• Promote facility services during tours and assessments
• Analyze feedback and improve client services
• Conduct regular staff training and evaluations
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in aquatic programs
• Current Lifeguard and First Aid certifications
