Job Overview :

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of office facilities. He/she is to ensure that the facilities are clean, safe, and functional for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and management of a companys facilities
• Manage the Canteen facility hygiene, Food quality menu, Inventory Management Contractor, Compliances.
• Ensure that the facilities are clean, safe, and functional for employees and visitors
• Manage the daily operations of the facility
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the facility
