An established not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a 100-bed residential home.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a clinically strong and commercially aware leader who can drive operational performance, strengthen team capability and ensure accreditation readiness ahead of 2026.

Facility Manager > 2 x Care Managers > RNs > Carers
