Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Physical Plant, the Facility Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, and management of facility operations at the Orillia Campus located at 500 University Drive Orillia ON. This includes oversight of building operations and systems, maintenance, life safety, custodial services, grounds, and energy management initiatives. The incumbent ensures the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of campus facilities while coordinating contracted service providers and supporting campus stakeholders.
