**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the selection of the Facility Management model to incorporate market best practices.
Each day, you will manage or coordinate operating expenses, including repair and maintenance services, cleaning services, security services, utility expenses, energy costs, and common areas maintenance.
You will also showcase your expertise by supervising and managing the building soft and hard service operations.
