Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the construction of a new building and manage various technical and supervisory aspects of the project. The Facility Manager will be responsible for supervising construction activities, engaging in technical discussions with architects and interior design companies, conducting technical and commercial comparisons for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) items, studying interior fitouts and the latest electronic gadgets, identifying vendors, and managing building maintenance. The role also involves site supervision and ensuring adherence to defined technical specifications.
