Facility Management: Technical Expert Electricity

For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are seeking a Facilities Manager : Cabling Expert to ensure the safety and performance of electrical and low‑voltage installations across a large real estate network. You will contribute to feasibility studies, project design, technical governance, and the continuous improvement of standards.

• You support various Facility Management teams in preparing feasibility studies, technical concepts, and project documentation for both branches (+/- 300) and administrative buildings (+/- 30).
• You conduct studies on electrical installations (low voltage and medium voltage) and associated low-current systems (security systems, alarms, structured cabling…).
• You independently define detailed technical concepts, including technical roll-out frameworks.
• You apply internal guidelines and procedures and help develop and update them with the team.
