This -year Operations and Maintenance contract requires an expert to maintain and repair facility equipment, ensuring uninterrupted daily courthouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, repair, maintain, monitor, and adjust HVAC systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
  • Provide direction and training to junior technicians.
  • Plan and execute service and maintenance tasks using schematics and specifications.
  • Operate hand and power tools, equipment, and lift equipment safely.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency situations.
  • Comply with safety procedures and company policies.
