Shifts are on 2-week rotation of days, afternoons, and nights – scheduled shifts will be between Sunday to Saturday. These shifts are mandatory and cannot be changed.

This role will heavily deal with sanitation more than other duties listed.

Responsibilities
- Keep an eye on the building, make sure that everything is running smoothly.
- Monitor alarms and control panels – notify appropriate person.
- Clearing snow or ice when necessary. Salting entrance areas.
- Performing minor maintenance tasks such as painting, sanding drywall, applying putty, or clearing debris.
- Mop and sweep entrances
- Conduct scheduled safety and security walk-throughs of the facility and record findings.
- Do a walkthrough at the end of the night to make sure that all doors are properly secure, and the alarm is ready to be armed.
