Job Description Job Description Position Overview Total Seed Production is a corn and soybean seed production facility located in Tipton, IN. We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead our team and keep our seed production facility running at peak performance. This hands-on leadership role focuses on mechanical repair, electrical work, and preventative maintenance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily maintenance team meetings and operations. Manage equipment uptime, spare parts inventory, and vendor projects. Oversee department HR tasks (scheduling, feedback, and hiring). Ensure a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Qualifications 2-5+ years of related experience (depending on education level). Strong mechanical, electrical and fabrication skills are a must.
