Job Description








We are seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians in the Everett,Shoreline, and Seattle areas to join our team by assisting with apartment unit turnovers, repairs, renovations, work orders, and special projects. This position is responsible for completing all assigned maintenance duties under the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager.


 


 


*These positions are Temporary Assignments based on the needs of our clients & Temp to perm opportunity


*Rate of pay $28-$30 an hour DOE


*Schedule: 8am-5pm


 


Requirements:




  • 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance or related experience including basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
