  • Assembling and dismantling pumps
  • Assembling and dismantling vacuum pumps over oiling
  • Attending pump leakage issue.
  • Replace damaged oil seals.
  • Replace vacuum pump oil and replace bearing.
  • Leakage arrest leakage from oil seal
  • Right time resolve the breakdown calls
  • Attended break down status need to update your superior
  • Down level team needs train up.
  • Critical pumps status report submits to your superior
  • HSE polices should be followed.
  • LOTO process to be followed.
