Job Description
Oversee the daily running of the facility, including managing systems like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and handling general upkeep.
Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and repair work, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with external vendors for services.
- Staff and team management:
Supervise, train, and support facility staff, such as janitorial and maintenance personnel, and ensure proper scheduling for daily operations.
Develop and manage facility budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor expenses for utilities, repairs, and supplies.
Ensure the facility complies with all safety, health, and environmental regulations by implementing and managing safe work practices.
