Facility Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform 5×8 IDC (Internet Data Center) on-site duties as per Client requirements. Be

able to arrive on-site promptly outside working hours in accordance with the IT

operations incident management guidelines.

2. Update and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy, regularly check

platform alarm settings, and monitor system availability and stability.

3. Be familiar with the IDC environment and monitoring systems, and conduct facility

inspections as per Alibaba’s requirements, including but not limited to facility status

checks, maintenance/repair MOP (Method of Procedure) review, and follow-up.

4. Respond quickly and arrive on-site according to IT operations incident management

guidelines, handling incidents promptly following EOP (Emergency Operation

Procedure) and reporting them accordingly.
