Job Title: Facility Engineer (FMCS)
Location: STMicroelectronics Sdn. Bhd., Muar
Department: Facility O&M / Engineering
Reports To: Section Manager / Facility Manager
The FMCS Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of building and utility control systems that support factory and facility operations. This includes HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, electrical monitoring, water systems, gas systems, alarms, and other critical utilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control HVAC, CDA, Power, fire alarm interfaces, Water systems, PCW and other building/process utilities through the FMCS platform.
- Design and configure control strategies, sequences of operation, graphics, alarms, trends, gap analysis and improvements, SPC integration and reports.
- Perform system troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and field device issues.
