Facility Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1.To develop Master Schedule and SOP for Facility's maintenance program and contracts activities.

2.To establish and ensuring plant operations according to Facility procedures, Facility program, and maintaining other requirements set by the Company.

3.To ensure basic facilities such as water, heating, AHU, PAHU, HVAC are well maintained.

4.Follow up on inspection/audit by TNB, DOSH, DOE, MBSP, IWK, BOMBA Fire Certificate audit and any activities related to internal and external requirement.

5.High Voltage & Low Voltage incoming power supply inspection, data recording and analysis plus arrange for maintenance program as according to Electricity Regulations 1994.

6.Plan for mechanical and electrical maintenance for air conditioning system, air compressor and building maintenance and other related facility work

7.Overseeing all preventive maintenance work by internal team and external contractor.
