Job Description


  • Coordinate facility operations across multiple buildings

  • Walk the site regularly to ensure quality and safety standards

  • Support administrative tracking and reporting

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders

  • Coordinating and following up on on-site facility operations (including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.)

  • Acting as the first point of contact for users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

  • Managing and controlling inspections, inventories, storage, and locker access

  • Collaborating within the team to achieve high user satisfaction



  • Experience in facility management or coordination

  • Fluent in English, good level of Dutch, French is a plus

  • Independent and proactive, yet a team player
