JOB VACANCY SUMMARY
The
Operations and Service Assistant / Facility Coordinator
supports day-to-day facility operations by coordinating maintenance and cleaning activities, managing suppliers and tenant relationships, ensuring compliance with safety standards, assisting in planning and budgeting, and
contributing to the development and continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures
.
The role also involves using
BIM 3D models as operational tools
to support maintenance planning, coordination, documentation, and communication with the Field Team in Norway and external suppliers.
