Position Summary:

South Country Co-op is hiring a Facility Assistant at our Brooks Agro Centre, in Brooks, AB. Reporting to the Assistant Agribusiness Manager, the Facility Assistant provides exceptional customer service while supporting the daily warehouse, yard, and delivery operations.

This entry-level role offers hands‑on experience in agriculture retail, including developing agronomy knowledge, operational skills, and an understanding of sales functions within the Co‑op system. The Facility Assistant loads and unloads product, assists customers in the yard and warehouse, practices safe work procedures, delivery of prodcts, and supports the overall cleanliness and organization of the site.
