Job Description

Overview

To support the Facilities team in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining building utilities, and supervising onsite maintenance activities in accordance with safety and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and perform basic troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Monitor onsite work by external contractors to ensure compliance with company safety standards and work quality.
  • Assist in updating maintenance logs, service reports, and ensuring all compliance records (DOSH/BOMBA/ST) are organized.
  • Provide support during system breakdowns or emergencies to minimize operational disruption.

Education

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
