Summary/Objective:
The Facilities/Maintenance
Lead
plays a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operations running at peak performance. This position owns the planning, coordination, and execution of all facility and equipment maintenance — from HVAC and electrical systems to CNC mills and inspection equipment. The right candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in proactive problem-solving, and brings out the best in their team.

Lead scheduling and prioritization of all facility and equipment maintenance in close coordination with Manufacturing Leads, Production Planning, and Management
Own and manage the annual preventive maintenance (PM) schedule for all CNC machines in compliance with AS9100 requirements
