Hours: 39 hours (Mon‑Thurs 06:15‑15:15, Fri 06:15‑11:15)

Salary: £37k‑£42k DOE – paid hourly, overtime expected

Role Purpose

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for the day‑to‑day planned and reactive maintenance of all facilities and building fabric (i.e. welfare areas, HVAC, electrical distribution & various plant rooms) across the estate working within a multi‑disciplined maintenance team led by AML Maintenance Management Team. The individual should be highly motivated, ensuring that the client receives the best service, whilst having a common‑sense approach to commercial aspects of the contract.
