The Facilities Technician maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots building systems and equipment across multiple properties. This role focuses on apartment turnover work, including painting and wall repair, as well as the operation, inspection, and servicing of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, air handling units, refrigeration systems, and compressors. The technician ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facilities through both preventative and corrective maintenance.
