Position : Facilities Technician
Status : 12 months’ probation Under PERSOL and will be absorbed under company if fit for the role.
Location : Pasir Gudang, Johor
Company Background : Manufacturing Industry
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 7am/pm - 7pm/am (2 hour break)
Salary : RM 4000 – RM 5500

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance management of the entire plant and building facilities, including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, CDA, FLSS, DP, and other systems.
  2. Ensure the smooth operation of all equipment by managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with the schedule (CMMS) and coordinating with service and repair contractors.
