Facilities Technician

Position Summary:

Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all company facilities and air-conditioning units. This role ensures the optimum functionality of all units and the effective improvement of facilities in compliance with safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• HVAC Maintenance: Ensure and maintain the cleanliness and quality of all company air-conditioning units.
• General Repairs: Perform a variety of maintenance repairs, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and professional fixing of building facilities.
• Facility Inspections: Perform regular inspections of furniture, fixtures, bulbs, lighting, electrical outlets, and restroom fixtures to ascertain they are in good working condition.
• Plumbing and Upkeep: Handle building-related repairs such as unclogging drains, toilets, and sinks.
