Job Description:
Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues with int the office structure and systems.
Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems. This includes fixing faults, replacing parts, and ensuring all systems are operational.
Preventative Maintenance: Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to avoid potential issues, such as cleaning and servicing equipment.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and building codes.
Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
Vocational course
2 years of related experience
TESDA certification, technical skills (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) HAVC,UPS,FDAS,Genset
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, FDAS, UPS, civil works
