Due to continued growth and expansion, SPACE Student Accommodation is looking for a hands-on Facilities Supervisor to join our team in St Andrews.


This is a permanent, year-round role with responsibility for line managing our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams and ensuring our properties are clean, safe, well maintained and presented to an excellent standard.


The Role


You’ll take day-to-day ownership of facilities operations, including:


• Line managing and coordinating Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
• Planning rotas, workloads and daily priorities
• Maintaining high standards across bedrooms, kitchens and public areas
