Facility Supervisor (Waterloo)

We are recruiting a Facility Supervisor for our Waterloo manufacturing and engineering site. The role leads day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and contractor coordination.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, process water, pneumatics, HEPA units, humidification, fork and lift‑truck assets, dock equipment, lighting, and building envelope.
• Respond to and triage daily service requests from site staff; assign to internal resources or external trades.
• Perform non‑certified handyman tasks: minor repairs, mounting, patching, fixture replacement, and furniture moves.
• Handle short‑term response for outdoor activities such as snow shoveling.
• Tune environmental setpoints for manufacturing and lab spaces.
