Job Description

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of a commercial building in Sydney. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role plays a key part in coordinating maintenance activities, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with WHS, quality and operational standards.

This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and adaptable, with a solid understanding of facilities operations. You will work closely with internal teams, service providers and building occupants to help maintain a safe, efficient and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities through the CMMS
• Allocate and oversee maintenance tasks to ensure service levels and contract KPIs are met
