Responsibilities

• Support the selection and hiring processes for new employees who will join your team.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff.
• Coordinate, supervise, and/or manage repair and maintenance tasks performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors (hard and soft services).
• Plan and manage the budget.
• Prepare and manage large‑scale capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Conduct quality control inspections of facilities per local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
