Position Goals
- On time Tracking & Closing the Abnormalities of Online monitoring System's (BMS, PME etc..) which doesn't Impact the daily Operations.
- To achieve excellence in Corrigo management at employees with Excellent survey feedback and avail targeted Point of User (POU)score.
- Contribution of implementing energy saving plan as per targets shared with BMS.
- AMC & technical services invoice processing with respect to BMS.
- Achieve Zero Open PO's with respect to BMS.
- Support team to achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets as per BMS.
- Supporting for Documentation & File management with respect to BMS.
- On Time Escalating on Vendor Performance & Co-ordination.
- Proper communication on Incidents to the Team as well as CS as per the JLL Standard's.
