Job Summary 

The role provides comprehensive administrative, transportation, and facilities support to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Shuttle Transportation Coordination 

  • Receive, review, and process shuttle booking requests from Operations and other departments. 
  • Ensure all transportation requests are submitted through the official Admin Transportation distribution channel. 
  • Validate booking details including date, time, pickup/drop-off points, headcount, and cost center. 
  • Coordinate with accredited shuttle vendors to confirm availability and timely dispatch. 
  • Monitor shuttle movements and provide real-time updates when necessary. 
  • Maintain a transportation tracker for monitoring utilization, billing accuracy, and cost control.
