Our client is recruiting a self-motivated, ambitious and dynamic Facilities Services Coordinator/Project Coordinator/Dispatcher with proven experience in the general contracting services or facilities maintenance services in the USA.

In this role, you will act as the central coordination point for client requests, ensuring that the right technician is assigned to the right job, that services are delivered within agreed timelines, and that client satisfaction and service standards are consistently maintained.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Service Coordination and Dispatching

  • Receive, review, and prioritize service requests.
  • Assign appropriate technicians based on skill set, availability, urgency, and location.
  • Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
