Facilities Service Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Facilities Service Assistant to join our community hospital team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors and staff. As a key member of the Facilities team, you will support housekeeping, portering, and catering functions, ensuring our hospital runs smoothly every day. This position is for 24 hours per week and includes working some weekends, BH, early & late shifts.

Main duties of the job

As a Facilities Service Assistant, you will:

• Carry out daily cleaning duties across a range of hospital areas, following National Cleaning Standards and Trust procedures.
