Job Description

Ford Motor Company in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico seeks a Maintenance process coach specialist to oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for building utilities and equipment, aligning with MOS standards to maximize equipment availability.

You will lead a maintenance group, mentor staff engineers, drive cost efficiencies, safety, and continuous improvement across PMs, EMs, CMs and PDs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
