Facilities Operation Manager

YOUR ROLE

Take charge of the operation, maintenance and project management of the plant Facilities System to ensure a continuous utilities supply and timely project delivery to production at the most cost-effective way.

• Ensure a reliable utilities supply to production.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance activities are done accordingly within schedule and issues are resolved accordingly.
• Collaboration with Facilities stakeholders (central functions, production, support, service provider, contractor, supplier) to come up with win‑win decisions/solutions.
• Manage available resources (personnel, budget) to deliver exemplary output from Facilities.
• Ensure a safe and conducive workplace for all stakeholders at the site.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Must be a licensed professional (PEE/REE/PME/RME).
• At least 10 years of work experience focusing on facilities operation, maintenance and project management...
