Job Description

The Facilities Executive will be responsible for managing daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise vendors, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and overall office upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee daily facility operations, including housekeeping, security, pantry, and office upkeep.
  • Ensure all office equipment, electricals, plumbing, and infrastructure are functioning properly.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors/technicians.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the premises.
