The Facilities & Office Experience Coordinator ensures the office runs smoothly and feels welcoming. The role is primarily focused on facilities operations, with supporting tasks in events and office experience.What you'll do - Facilities
  • Maintain general orderliness, cleanliness, and professionalism of the office
  • Support office setup for future needs
  • Perform administrative support duties
  • Track and restock office and kitchen supplies
  • Work with the Sr. Facilities Manager on sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management
  • Act as point of contact for vendors, landlords, contractors, and maintenance teams
  • Restock self‑service cabinets and manage replenishment
  • Issue temporary loan laptops and update asset records
  • Direct employees to proper IT support channels
  • Replace meeting‑room instructions/signage as needed
