Job Description: 

• To support project management activities (including lab fit up project, office retrofit project etc) and ensure smooth project execution. Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities while maintaining clear communication among team members and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation, track project milestones/ deliverables, prepare project status reports and presentations
• Leading as Engineering Team lead on Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical for KM3 or PG17 and provide guidance to Facilities Team.
• Leading the Engineering Project and provide supervision.

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years project coordinator related working experience
• Technical skills: Autodesk/CAD, project management tools (eg. Microsoft project etc)
• Interior design or architectural background preferred
