Facilities Manager

An established property portfolio is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to take custodianship of the physical assets within the region. The role is responsible for ensuring that all buildings are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and fully operational. While the Property Manager focuses on income generation and leasing, the Facilities Manager is accountable for cost efficiency, asset preservation, and risk mitigation , managing both hard and soft facilities services in line with company policy, national facilities management strategies, and applicable legislation.
