Facilities Manager

Position: Manager-Facilities, for the campus of MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur

• Manage and supervise all housekeeping activities and maintenance of the entire premises, infra and assets
• Be responsible for overall Safety, Health and Hygiene of the premises – Medical Infirmary operations,
• Fire safety precautions, fire drill, fire extinguishers,
• Regular inspection of premises for cleanliness, toilet hygiene pest control contracts, security arrangements, including the development of systems and procedures for all the above.
• Ensure that Material for Infrastructural Maintenance Requisitions for Stores items are duly raised when necessary and approved by the concerned for Purchase, as per procedure prescribed.
• Monitor the performance of the approved vendors and keep track of quality, timing of delivery and reliability. Provide feedback of their performance on a regular basis to the Registrar and the Concern...
