Facilities Manager, Shared Services

Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, the Property Manager will act as the shared Facilities Manager to be responsible for the property assets throughout TD Place, including the Urban Park, Public Realm, and Parking Services. The Property Manager will ensure proper, safe, and cost effective operation of the property on a daily basis within the Master Site Agreement (MSA), Parking Services Reciprocal Agreement (PSRA) and Urban Park Property Management Agreement (UPPMA).

This full-time, permanent role has an annual salary range of $76,200 to $95,200, with 100% employer-paid benefits. The final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. This is a replacement position and requires an on-site work arrangement.
